Embodied Self-Compassion is a psychoeducational and experiential group designed to help you move beyond understanding self-compassion intellectually and begin experiencing it in your body.

Together, we will explore how stress and self-criticism live in the nervous system — and how to cultivate steadiness, warmth, and regulation from within.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about practicing how to stay with yourself.
